How to collect your parcel

Three steps, with no unnecessary waiting

Receive the notification

PROXYCOLIS confirms on WhatsApp that your parcel has arrived at the selected pickup point.

Go to the pickup point

Check the shop’s opening hours and availability before travelling.

Present your code

The pickup point scans the QR code or enters the collection code before handing over the parcel.

Collection by someone you trust

Someone else may collect your parcel

Send them the QR code or collection number. They must also present valid identification. Without these items, the pickup point will not hand over the parcel.
